While on mission in the Solomon Islands, Tim Scott and Will Decker uncover the remarkable story of PT-109 and Lieutenant John F. Kennedy’s incredible survival. Amidst the haunting remnants of war, they relive Kennedy’s harrowing journey after his patrol boat was struck by a Japanese destroyer in 1943, leaving him and his crew stranded in hostile waters. Against the odds, these men of the Greatest Generation endured, forging a story of resilience that would echo through history.
For Will, this journey holds an even deeper resonance. His father, Chase, served in the very islands where Kennedy’s ordeal took place. Alongside his brother Frank, who was tragically lost at sea, Chase’s wartime experiences left an indelible mark, bridging the generations of sacrifice and resilience. As Tim and Will dive to submerged wrecks and trek through dense jungles, they not only uncover the scars left by war but reflect on the legacy of those, like Kennedy and Chase, who faced unimaginable trials.
From the solemn underwater tombs to the sun-scorched shores, PT-109 becomes a personal journey, prompting reflections on life’s brevity and the enduring strength of the Greatest Generation. It’s a call to honor those who came before, to make each moment count, and to carry forward a legacy of hope and perseverance.
Missionaries Tim Scott and Will Decker undertake an extraordinary Gospel Expedition through Uganda as they venture to reach two unique tribes. Their journey begins deep in the dense Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to endangered mountain gorillas. After trekking into the shadows of the ancient jungle to encounter these magnificent creatures, Tim and Will exit the forest to meet with the Batwa - the original inhabitants of these lands who were tragically expelled from their ancestral home. Visiting the Batwa's impoverished forest-line communities, Tim and Will aim to understand their plight of displacement and tell their story. But greater dangers lie ahead. Next, the team drives northeast to the wild frontier of Karamoja - a harsh landscape plagued by scarcity and terrorized by violent cattle raids among the warring tribes. Their goal is to push into unreached areas and partner with local pastors to preach the Good News. It's here, under the shade of an acacia tree, that Tim and Will witness the incredible power of the Gospel that transforms hearts and underscores that no one is beyond the reach of the message of Christ Jesus.
In 1995, at the height of the Bosnian war, one of the worst acts of genocide since World War II would take place in the small town of Srebrenica. Sierra Leone is a fertile and stunning land yet it also contains the scars of a brutal history. Missionaries Tim Scott and Will Decker set out to tell the story of this nation by highlighting the Atlantic slave trade, the decade-long civil war (1991-2002), the history of the notorious "Blood Diamonds" and most recently the world's worst Ebola outbreak (2014-2016). All these tragic events tell the story of what this nation has endured and how difficult life remains for those who have lived through them. But the story doesn't end there as Tim and Will travel to the eastern districts and join the efforts of a local pastor. Day after day the team helps those in need and preaches the gospel in rural villages while encouraging the church that the past does not determine their future.
Sierra Leone is an extraordinary two-part series that is raw and unwavering in its presentation while showing the ultimate hope found in Christ Jesus.

Diverting to investigate these claims, they experience an event in the jungle that is one they will never forget. Moving onwards, the team arrives in Iquitos and sets out for a time of ministry in the riverside villages of Belen. Together with the local pastors, they preach the gospel and encourage the church, but itching to get back out into the jungle they quickly set up a mission to the remote interior. Arriving at their next location via floatplane, it becomes apparent how off the grid they are as they are told first-hand accounts of an uncontacted tribe roaming the forest nearby. Working with the local elders, they document the effort to safely make contact with this unique tribe. From the depths of the rainforest, they then make their way across the border to Medellin, Colombia. In Medellin, they learn about the rise and fall of the notorious narco trafficker Pablo Escobar and show the impact his reign of terror had upon the Colombian people.
